Note: Please note that you need to register for the iTEP exam 7 days in advance from your preferred test date. We will send you the test details, schedule, location and instructions 2 days before your test date. Please check with the ITEP test center to make sure that iTEP scores through IVP are accepted for international admissions.

Refund and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation and refund or rescheduling is only possible 3 days before the test date. You should formally submit a valid reason and evidence (in some cases we will request document proof). This rule may not be applicable in case you face any emergencies, accident, or any unforeseen situation (may God forbid) prior to the test date/time. We will handle any such case/incident as Special Consideration with genuine proof to cancel/refund or reschedule your exam.

| Validity | iTEp Exam ID's are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. iTEP exam results are valid for 2 years |
Note: You must wait 7 days after taking an iTEP test before you are permitted to take another test. We may invalidate tests without refund if they are taken within the same 7-day period.
